Your profile: - You hold a university degree in Law or Engineering and have a strong interest in business, as well as in commercial and contractual matters. - You have proven experience in contractual management (+10 years), both during contract execution and in pre-contract phases — including negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and administering agreements. - Experience with Nuclear business, including negotiating claims and managing contracts in this segment, is a valuable plus. Your skills: - You demonstrate solid knowledge of legal terminology along with strong understanding of commercial and operational concepts. - Your background may come from Nuclear, Energy Management, or related industries. Ideally, you bring experience working in a project-based environment. - You are well-organized, analytical, and solution-oriented, with strong and clear communication skills. You enjoy collaborating in multifunctional, collegiate teams, and you are comfortable interacting with project teams. - We value your ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, negotiate with confidence, and constructively challenge assumptions to drive results. - Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
