To support our fast growth and our shift to an exciting franchise model, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to replace a team member who is moving on! ⚖️ This evolution brings a lot of exciting new challenges and increases the volume & complexity of our legal work across all territories (franchise and master franchise agreements, pre-contractual documents, partnerships, supply agreements, etc.). To keep up the momentum and maintain high standards, we need a brilliant legal mind to join the adventure! --- - Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts (franchise/master franchise documentation, licenses, partnership agreements with influencers & talent agencies, leases, supply agreements, NDAs, T&Cs, and privacy policies). - Business Partnering: Serving as the go-to legal partner for all teams (Supply, Marketing, Development, IT, Commercial, etc.).
