We operate at the sweet spot where operational excellence, the creator economy, and tech meet! ## **Why We Need You** To support our fast growth and our shift to an exciting **franchise model**, we are looking for a **Legal Counsel** to replace a team member who is moving on! ️ This evolution brings a lot of exciting new challenges and increases the volume & complexity of our legal work across all territories (franchise and master franchise agreements, pre-contractual documents, partnerships, supply agreements, etc.). To keep up the momentum and maintain high standards, we need a brilliant legal mind to join the adventure! ## **️ Scope of the Role** - **Contracts:** Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts (franchise/master franchise documentation, licenses, partnership agreements with influencers & talent agencies, leases, supply agreements, NDAs, T&Cs, and privacy policies). - **Business Partnering:** Serving as the go-to legal partner for all teams (Supply, Marketing, Development, IT, Commercial, etc.). You'll provide legal opinions, conduct research, and bring real value to key strategic meetings! - ️ **General Legal & Processes:** Streamlining internal legal workflows and collaborating with external counsel on specialized matters (corporate, IP, litigation, etc.). ## **Profile Required** - **Education:** Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business or Commercial Law. - **Experience:** 3 to 5 years of successful experience as Legal Counsel (in a law firm or corporate legal department) in business & commercial law. *Bonus points for experience in the franchise industry or tech sector!* - ️ **Languages:** Fluent in **French and English** (spoken and written) to collaborate daily with our UK and France teams! - **Mindset:** Autonomous, solution-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with non-legal teams. - **Soft Skills:** Highly rigorous, pragmatic, flexible, curious, and driven by strong integrity! ## **What We Offer** - **The Environment:** Immerse yourself in a profitable, fast-growing food-tech startup where you’ll take on real responsibilities from Day 1!
