-Advise local and international clients on legal, tax and regulatory matters in Namibia.
-Support clients in navigating complex business and compliance environments.
-Contribute to the development and execution of cross-border advisory assignments.
-Work closely with colleagues and partners to deliver high-quality, commercially focused solutions.
-Provide support, when required, on projects across other African jurisdictions.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and business partners.
The successful candidate is a qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Namibia, with a minimum of six years' post-qualification experience in legal and tax advisory services. You have developed a strong understanding of the Namibian legal, regulatory and business environment and are comfortable advising both local and international clients.
You have gained experience in an international consulting, legal or professional services environment and have demonstrated the ability to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions in complex and evolving markets. Exposure to the energy, natural resources or infrastructure sectors would be considered an advantage.
