Job Posting: Junior Lawyer Location: Monaco Start Date: December 1st, 2026 Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Lawyer to join our dedicated team of legal experts in Monaco. In this role, you will work closely with senior professionals on complex banking and other regulatory issues, project financing, acquisitions and commercial law matters, serving a sophisticated local and international clientele. Key Responsibilities: Draft legal opinions and memoranda, review a wide range of contracts and transaction documentation. Assist with legal research and analysis. Maintain direct client contact and support senior team members on high-profile mandates. Qualifications & Experience: French law degree (Master 2, preferably with an exchange program in an English-speaking country) with 1–3 years of experience, preferably within a law firm. Knowledge of Monaco law is a strong plus. Admission to the French Bar (or equivalent professional qualification) is desirable. Strong adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
