Job Description You are joining the Dispute Resolution & Investigations (DRI) team of the Natixis Legal Department, which is looking for a Legal Officer , for an internship of 6 months from July 2027 . You will assist the DRI team in the daily management of litigation files in civil, commercial, criminal matters as well as in the management of investigations by regulators or various authorities (AMF, ACPR, ECB...). In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: - Carrying out legal research as part of the files handled by the team; - Drafting legal notes; - Conducting a monthly case law review and presenting it in a team meeting; - Assistance with case processing; - Writing summary notes on the files; - Participation in team meetings. #FinanceTransformative You operate in an international and inclusive environment, fostering collaboration with concrete missions and a real impact. You will also have access to the works council. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience As a Bac+5 student, you are preparing a diploma at the Du Barreau school. You have skills in business law, banking and financial law, contract law, civil procedure, criminal and regulatory. You have dual training and/or internships in international firms.
