Join our dynamic Treasury & Corporate Finance Team as Financial Risk Manager and be part of our work to unlock value and drive transformation. Here’s how you will have a role to play in this team: A Day in the Life As one of L’Oréal’s defenders against financial market hazards, you will report to the Financial Risks Director within an agile Treasury & Corporate Finance team. You will drive global financial resilience and oversee the defense lines protecting our financial performance. - Hedging & Portfolio Management: Setup, monitor, and adjust L’Oréal's portfolio of hedges across FX, Interest Rates, Commodities under optimal financial and safety conditions (IFRS9) - Markets: Manage FX banking relationships, negotiate legal FX documentation, and produce weekly market watch updates. - FX Controlling & Analytics: Calculate Group FX gains/losses (IFRS9), analyze the FX impacts on operating results (REX), and supervise entity-level monthly FX closings. - Systems Innovation: Elevate proprietary automated hedging systems, IT tools, data-tracking systems and AI solutions. - Transversal Support: Partner daily with international subsidiaries and upskill the global treasury community through targeted seminars. The skills that you will need to make an impact: - Financial Risk Expertise: Solid knowledge of hedging instruments and financial markets across multiple asset classes (FX, Rates, Commodities, Digital Assets). - Innovative Spirit: A strong drive to challenge the status quo, embrace new technologies, bring fresh ideas, and constantly innovate within our financial processes. - Systems, Data & AI: Proficiency with treasury tools (e.g. KTP, 360T, SAP BI), and a strong appetite for AI, new technologies, and process automation. - Strategic Communication: Ability to present complex financial risks simply and strategically. - Global Collaboration: Fluent in French and English with an international mindset, holding a master’s degree in finance, Business, or Engineering.
