Contract Manager
pour accompagner le développement et la sécurisation de projets complexes à forte valeur ajoutée.
Rattaché(e) au
Contracts Manager
, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion contractuelle des projets, en assurant la maîtrise des risques, le suivi des engagements contractuels et l'optimisation de la performance économique des opérations.
Vos principales responsabilités
- Piloter les contrats dans leur globalité, de l'analyse initiale du projet jusqu'au suivi de son exécution opérationnelle et financière.
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie contractuelle des projets.
- Mettre en place et maintenir les outils de suivi et de reporting contractuel.
- Conseiller et accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans l'interprétation et l'application des clauses contractuelles.
- Assurer le suivi des échanges avec les clients et parties prenantes.
- Identifier les risques juridiques, contractuels, opérationnels, commerciaux et financiers, puis proposer les actions correctives adaptées.
- Analyser les évolutions des projets et leurs impacts contractuels afin d'identifier les opportunités de création de valeur et d'amélioration de la rentabilité.
- Veiller à la bonne gestion des écarts contractuels, à leur traitement et à l'obtention des compensations financières associées lorsque cela est pertinent.
- Participer à la préparation et à la négociation des avenants et modifications contractuelles.
- Développer des relations de confiance avec les clients, fournisseurs, partenaires et sous-traitants.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de gestion contractuelle et à la sécurisation des projets.
Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée en Contract Management, idéalement dans un environnement industriel complexe.
- Expérience significative dans le secteur Défense/Militaire impérative.
- La connaissance des moteurs diesel ou des systèmes de propulsion constitue un atout apprécié.
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation.
- Aptitude à évoluer dans des environnements multidisciplinaires et multiculturels.
- Solides compétences en gestion de projet et coordination d'équipes.
- Capacité à analyser des situations complexes et à prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et excellente gestion des priorités.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
- Très bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office.

business, we are looking for an experienced
Contract Manager
to support the successful delivery of complex and high-value projects.
Reporting to the
Contracts Manager
, you will play a key role in managing contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring risk mitigation, contractual compliance, and the optimization of project performance and profitability.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage contracts throughout their entire lifecycle, from project analysis and contract review to operational and financial follow-up.
- Develop and implement the contractual strategy for assigned projects.
- Establish and maintain contract management and reporting tools.
- Advise and support operational teams on the interpretation and application of contractual terms and conditions.
- Monitor and report on customer interactions and contractual matters.
- Identify legal, contractual, operational, commercial, and financial risks and propose appropriate mitigation actions.
- Assess project changes and their contractual implications, while identifying commercial opportunities to enhance project profitability.
- Drive initiatives to improve contract performance and strengthen contractual security.
- Ensure contractual deviations are promptly addressed, including associated impacts and potential financial compensation.
- Contribute to the preparation, negotiation, and implementation of contract amendments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in contract management processes and practices.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager, ideally within a complex industrial environment.
- Mandatory experience in the military and/or defence sector.
- Knowledge of diesel engines or propulsion systems would be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and international project teams.
- Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
- Sound judgment, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
