Clients benefit from clear control over budget, cost, and timing throughout each engagement. Role Description This full-time on-site avocat role is based in our Paris office. The avocat will advise clients on a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on labor and employment law and issues affecting highly regulated sectors. Daily responsibilities include analyzing legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts and policies, preparing written opinions and memoranda, and conducting in-depth legal research. The role involves negotiating agreements, participating in client meetings and calls, and collaborating with colleagues across practice areas and jurisdictions. The avocat will also support litigation and regulatory matters, contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team, and help maintain high standards of client service and professional ethics. Qualifications - Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply complex legal frameworks. - Expertise in Labor and Employment Law, including advisory work and dispute-related matters. - Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and strategic guidance to clients in diverse sectors. - Advanced Research skills to analyze legislation, case law, and regulatory developments. - Effective Negotiation skills for agreements, settlements, and client representations. - Admitted to the Paris Bar (CAPA or equivalent), or eligibility for admission. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, with strong working proficiency in English. - Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment and manage multiple matters simultaneously. - High level of professional integrity, attention to detail, and client-focused mindset. - Experience in any of the firm’s core sectors (financial institutions, healthcare, TMT, etc.) is an asset.
